We inform that the first January 2001, the Republic of the Earth was founded. It is a system of world-wide government between the inhabitants of the planet, proposing the well-being, the peace and the security of human beings, through the full democracy, the complete economic development and the maximum solidarity between the inhabitants of the Earth.

The Constitution of the Republic of the Earth establishes the principles of freedom, justice and equality between all the human beings and previews the ways for implement it. The initiative is born directly from people. All inhabitants of the planet can make part of the Republic of the Earth, independently from their states and govern.

One of the main objectives of the Republic of the Earth is the redistribution of the wealth between the inhabitants of the planet. Therefore DHANA, the universal currency of the Republic of the Earth, has been emitted. On June 14 2001 the first six billions of DHANA, have been emitted and guaranteed by a capital of 150 billions of EURO, with a value of emission of one DHANA for 25 EURO.

Who makes part of the Republic of the Earth receives 100 DHANA. The first six billions of DHANA are divided between the first 60 million people who make part of the Republic of the Earth.

Within March 2002, additional 34 billions of DHANA will be emitted, guaranteed by a capital of 850 billions of EURO (always 25 EURO for one DHANA). A total emission of 400 billions of DHANA is previewed, to be divided between 4 billions of inhabitants of the Earth.

An other objective of the Republic of the Earth is the zero setting of the public debts, beginning from the economically weakest states. It has been previewed a special emission of DHANA, that has been offered to the 46 poorest states of the Earth.

The article 8 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Earth previews: «It protects physical and mental health through any mean and available treatment and promoting the search of solutions for the prevention and the cure of diseases, contributing to obtain the longest possible life».

For this scope, the Republic of the Earth is in the position to emit an extra amount of DHANA and credit at your disposition as aid in the fight against the AIDS.
