The Republic of the Earth has been founded the first January 2001, as a
democratic government system of the inhabitants of the planet and their groups
with the aim of living in peace in the best possible way. It has been promoted within the Holos Plan, with social and economic
initiatives of general interest presented in the year 2000. On the site
Internet www.asmad.org our initiative is published, with the Constitution of
the Republic of the Earth and other information.
One of the fundamental objectives of the Republic of the Earth is the
redistribution of the resources between the inhabitants of the planet. For
this, the Republic of the Earth has emitted a new universal currency, named
Dhana, entirely guaranteed and convertible in every other currency. The June 14
2001, the society Holos Holding SA has guaranteed with a value of 150 billions
of Euro the emission of the first 6 billions of Dhana, with a value of 25 Euro
for each Dhana. Hundreds Dhana will be assigned to first 60 million persons who
will make part of the Republic of the Earth. The emission of approximately 400
billions of Dhana is previewed, equal to 10,000 billions of Euro,
divided between 4 billions of participants to the Republic of the Earth.
An other fundamental objective of the Republic of the Earth is to
contribute to the reorganization of the budgets of the States. The first
initiative in order to realize this objective proposes the zero setting of the
foreign debt of the poor developing Countries. For this purpose, the Republic
of the Earth has decided to make a new issue of currency entirely assigned to
the cover and zero setting of the short term foreign debt of 42 strongly indebted Countries. We ask you
therefore to inform us as soon as possible about the amount of Your current
short term foreign debt. We will transfer directly the amount necessary to
cover the aforesaid debts to Your Central bank or to other requested
destination, so that you can reimburse Your creditors. In return, as symbolic
acknowledgment, we only ask to translate for us in Your national language all
texts that will be published on the site Internet www.asmad.org for the next
ten years.
